Fleet Maintenance Software

By maintaining hundreds of heavy Machineries in a running condition and cutoff machine downtime. I use this software Fleet Maintenance Pro. It really does helps not only to monitor the progammed Plan schedule maintenance but also monitor the Spare parts and tools inventory that I been using. A real good tools for my fleet of Machineries.

Best of all it give me alerts automaticly upon I setup when and what are the alerts i.e parts maintenance and parts reorder. This is great for all my Caterpillar, Daewoo, Bomag, Rock Crusher plant, Hotmix plant, Perkin, Iveco, Man Diesel, Hydra Crane machines and others.

Excavator Caterpillar 330CL

The hydraulic power is low. Check Hydraulic Pressure sensors. Found this sensor as in pict burned out.
It is located at the main hydraulic pump compartment.

Do valve lash setting according to manufacturer recomendation as follows in pict,

Torque Convertor

The torque convertor have a scavenge pump which transfer the oil return back to the covertor casing. Check the pump is working otherwise overheat and ect. Also check the spool where the suction flow is.

New Rock Driller

MAP Sensor

Idle hunting, check the engine MAP Sensor vaccum line with vaccum tester.
It running fine right after replacement of the vac hose.

Hydraulic lose power.

1. Test hydraulic pressure, pump cud be worn.
2. Check engine power.
3. One thing always overlooked "Engine Breather" check or replace.
4. Make sure all hydraulic filters are replaced.
